A love story
Hello, I'm Elisabet and today I'm going to talk about... a love story!
Prince William and Kate met in 2001. Now ten years later, on 29th of April, the British public finally got their royal wedding. And now, I'm going to show you that love story.
When Prince William met Kate Middleton
Kate's parents are millionaire and were able to pay for Kate to go to the best British schools.
She dreamed of being Princess Catherine before she met Wiliam! This might be why she chose to study at the same university as him.
Prince William met Kate at St Andrew's University in Scotland. In their first year, William and Kate lived in the same building. William was unhappy at university and wanted to leave. Kate convinced him to stay, and to change courses.
Kate and William's friendship
Later, Kate and William's friendship became romantic. But they did not want to marry immediately. The British gave Kate the name “Waity Katie” because she waited for William to ask her to marry him.
Now everyone is happy and agrees that Kate is perfect for the prince!
The commit
William asked Kate to marry him in November 2010 when they were on holiday in Africa. He gave Kate a ring which belonged to his mother, Diana, Princess of Wales. He said that this ring is special for him.
The British public love Kate and William's grandmother, the Queen who is delighted about wedding.
Fairytale ending
Kate said that the idea of becoming part of the royal family was daunting, but that she would be able to cope with it.
First, she wants to arrive at the ceremony in car and not in a traditional horsedrawn carriage. She wants to arrive as a commoner, but she will depart as a Princess.

Prince William and Kate Middleton — who announced their engagement last week — as I said, got married on Friday 29th of April.
They — both 28 — have chosen Westminster Abbey for the location of their big day.
They wanted to get back to an ordinary life as soon as possible to ‘get it over with and get back to their quiet life’, which is sweet but unrealistic, said one royal insider so “they know what they want.” When all was said and done, this wedding cost over 20 million of pounds.
“It was the biggest wedding of all time, even bigger than William’s mother, Diana’s. You really can’t compare this wedding to any other celebrity’s”.

SELF-EVALUATION OF MY ORAL PRESENTATION
I use a Power point wich have some pictures and a song. I spend more from 3 minutes with my presentation.
I look at the audience, but I was quite serious because I was very nervous. I had the paper of my writting for guide me.
I organize my ideas with a different slides and I ask a question in the end.
The information was correct and detailed, the grammar was correct too and I used the dictionary for found a new words like: belonged, delighted, daunting, depart, fairytale...
So my vocabulary was rich.
I tried to pronounce the words properly.

Dear members of the council,
I'm the representer of the group EOAM, called “Ecological Organization Against Multinationals”. I'm writing to you because we are worried about the plans to build a motorway in the park.
In our opinion, we don't agree with destroy the park, so if you allow that in our town, the people might not go anywhere to relax. If you follow this idea you will cut a lot of trees, make a noisy area, destroy the beautiful landscape and the park will disappear. Everything will have consequences. The park is better because it's natural, pure, beautiful, quiet, you can go there to walk, run, or do another activities, to have a picknic...
We think that, building the motorway on the outskirts of the city is a better alternative because it will not destroy the park.
We have therefore decided to take action. If you don't support us and safe the park, I'm going to organize a protest with ecological groups, intellectuals and the people who don't want to do a motorway there. We're going to do a protest.

How does your image influence in your life?
Does a better image leads to a better job? Are we a fashion victims?
Yes, everyone is a victim of the fashion. When I say “fashion”, I mean two aspects: the fashion clothes, tecnology..., and the second: our look like. We like the fashion... but.. Although we like it or not, we wear the cool things or our look like as everyone, becouse: “it's the fashion”. And that it's equal or not if you like the clothes that you wear, the tecnology...But it isn't important if you are a supporter of it, because all is trend and everything is made by the consumer, that shallow us. Now, the trend is wear glasses! Although you must wear or not for your eyes. And I think that it's a stupid thing!
The society say all that we have tot do, what we have to be, and the beauty we should to have.
Oh my God! Nobody is able to see what makes us unique: is be different to others!Having defects make us more bautiful, it isn't matter have thin or thick lips, be fat or thin, be more big or small...
But as I said, the society say what we have to be. We have to be good, be funny with ourself.
For example: The celebrities that the journalists put all the day in the magazins, on TV, … they are operating all the time. And that's a pity, not be good with yourself.
A better image leads a better job, of course, becouse if you want to work in a officine, you shouldn't presenter there with the pijama and without have a shower, because it's disgusting and the chief of the insurance company, it's probably that he/she doesn't choose you.
In conclusion, it is clear to me that almost everyone are a fashion victim, because a better image influences your life, like the example of the job: a better image leads a better job.

The Montagues and the Capulets
In Verona, there were two families -the Montagues and the Capulets. They hated each other. One day the two groups of servants began to fight. Then Benvolio, a mem
ber of the Montague family, arrived and tried to make peace. After that, Tybalt arrived. He was a Capulet, the most dangerous member of the family, he loved fighting. Then Lord and Lady Capulet arrived. Later Lord and Lady Montague too. Soon everyone was fighting.

Romeo, the soon of the Montague, shuts out the daylight and spends all his time alone in the dark. He talked with his cousin, Benvolio, and he explain to him that he was in love with Rosaline.
Lord Capulet decided to have a party. He wanted to invite all the important people from Verona, but not the Montagues, also he wanted that his daughter, Juliet, to meet Paris (a lord, -he hoped she would marry Paris in the future-). He gave the list of the names of the guest to his servant. The servant met Romeo and Benvolio in the street (he did not know that they were Montagues), so he asked if they can help him, because he can't read the names on this pice of paper. Romeo saw the list, with the name of Rosaline. Meanwhile, Lady Capulet was talking to Juliet (she was 13) and she said to her that she wil meet Paris at the party, because in future, she will has to get married with him.
Romeo went to the party with Benvolio and Mercutio. In there he saw Juliet for the first time. He forgot Rosalin! He fell in love. They talked, they did not know who they were. They suddently kissed. After that Romeo had to leave the party with his friends, but he went to see Juliet. They already knew who they are. Romeo and Juliet talked more and they pactey that they will be married in secret (because their families are enemics.

Vicky: Oh, I bought it yesterday in the market. What do you think? Do you like it?
Elisabet: m.... I'm not convinced.
Vicky: Oh.. You don't like it, do you?
Elisabet: Not really... I'm not sure about the face - it's a bit mad.
Vicky: Oh, come on! It isn't very bad! It's really colourful.
It's good to have a new picture anyway.
Elisabet: Mum.. If I don't like it, it's because the colourful. If I buy a new picture, will you change that?
Vicky: Don't worry, I won't change it no way.
Elisabet: Okay.. We'll see.
