When did Watson visit Holmes? On the second morning of Christmas.
Was the hat connected with an important crime? No, no crime, it's only one of those strange things that happens when four million human beings live within the small area of a city.
Why did Holmes think that the hat was interesting? Because in it, there were a lot of tests that are related with the person who was in this striking.
Who was Peterson? He was a friend of Holmes who seen the striking and found a hat and a withe goose.
Who attacked Henry Baker? A tall man.
Why did the man carrying the goose run away when he saw Peterson? Because Peterson was wearing a commissionare uniform (he was returning from a party along Tottenham Court Road), he thought he was a policeman, and he ran away and so did the attackers.
Peterson knew that the man's name was Henry Baker, so why didn't he return the goose and the hat? Because there were thousands of Bakers and hundreds of Henry Bakers in London.
